Do you ship internationally?

At this time we ship within the United States only.

What is your return policy?

If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, return it for a full refund within 90 days. See our full return policy for more details.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Orders should arrive within 2-8 days depending on the shipping method chosen and your location.

Is the Date Book specifically for women?

From the start, we designed the Date Book with all genders and sexual orientations in mind—it should work for anyone.

Is the Date Book only for online dating?

No. Though there are a few exercises that reference online dating specifically, most of the content is applicable to ‘traditional’ dating as well.

What’s the difference between the three mini journals?

Each one does a specific job. The Brain Dump clears your head — capture everything on the left page, decide what actually matters on the right. The Daily Tasks holds you to five items a day, chosen before the day starts. The Habit Tracker is a weekly grid for up to ten habits, with a setup page that asks why you’re building each one. Clearing, planning, tracking — each works on its own.

What is The Progress Set?

All three mini journals — Brain Dump, Daily Tasks, and Habit Tracker — as one set for $28, which saves $8 versus buying them separately. It’s also the most giftable thing we make.

Are the mini journals really made by hand?

Yes. I make each one by hand in Portland, Oregon — the foil stamping, the binding, the paper. Orders ship within 2–3 business days.
